I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the fact that they were very good too address any issues I had. the hotel facilities were great, especially the free parking. It was such a relief to have a secure place to leave my car while exploring the city. the location of the hotel was excellent, as it was right near a tram station with easy transportation to the center of the city. It was convenient and made exploring this beautiful city easy.

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, as it is very near to a tram station that can take you straight into the city center in just 10 to 15 minutes. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are basic, but they include a private bathroom, which is a nice convenience. The breakfast is also included, providing a good start to the day.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was enjoyable and there was nothing that I believe could be improved.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the city center, making it easy to explore all the attractions. the hotel is close to the German border, allowing for easy access to cross over. there is a tram stop nearby that provides direct transportation to the city, making it convenient for guests to get around.
The personnel at the hotel were extremely rude and seemed annoyed by the guests' presence.
